Physical Wellness

The Employee Fitness Programme (EFP), which is accessible to all colleagues and affiliates, provides a variety of courses that cater to various interests, abilities, and fitness goals, promoting pathways to improved health.

In addition, a variety of sports facilities are offered for "free Sports" such badminton, soccer, tennis, table tennis, and volleyball in an effort to encourage colleagues to participate in various sports during their leisure time. Employees are encouraged to schedule sessions with colleagues and friends to enjoy these sports collaboratively.

Mental Wellness

Your mental wellness is also our focus. Through the “Mindfulness Programme”, seminars and activities are organized to promote mental wellness.  Mental Health First Aid Workshop is also arranged to raise awareness of mental health issues. Various health-related information is shared via internal communication channels.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

We respect and embrace equality, diversity and inclusion. We uphold the belief that bringing together diverse views and characteristics from each individual is one of essential elements to create a better work environment in which all individuals are treated fairly and have equal access to opportunities and resources.
