We are committed to the provision of one-stop quality professional service to all Faculties/Schools/Offices of the University in respect of all staff recruitment matters, appointment and re-appointment, benefits administration, performance management, staff review, promotion, reward management and staff departures.

Operations and Rewards

Centralised HR operations and service for all our colleagues, the Operations and Rewards team supports the operations of daily HR processes, much required in the daily worklife of our colleagues, as well as the compensation and benefit of our colleagues.

Heading towards a digitalised journey of HR service, the team also develops and manages the HR Information System to cater for more efficient support for our colleagues.
