HR Business Partner (HRBP)

As trusted business partners to our faculties, schools and offices, the HRBP team is dedicated to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the University's strategic priorities and specific business needs and challenges. Collaborating closely with academic and administrative leaders, the team adeptly manages employee relations and aligns HR strategies with the University's overarching goals. Concurrently, the team functions as a strategic HR advisor, utilising data and actionable insights to provide effective guidance and solutions in people and performance management. These efforts foster a supportive environment that enhances employee performance and advances the University's mission.

HR Shared Service (HRSS)

The HRSS team operates as a centralised hub, providing comprehensive support and services to employees through standardised processes and advanced automation technology. By streamlining critical HR processes, such as appointments, onboarding and offboarding protocols, employee data management, employee movement, and benefits administration, the team boosts operational efficiency using HR automation tools. Through continuous improvement, the team enable the Human Resource Office to concentrate on strategic priorities, thereby enhancing overall campus experience.

The team also provides a seamless candidate experience and leverages data-driven strategies to ensure effective recruitment and retention. Reward and HR Analytics (R&HA)

The Rewards and HRIS Analytics team facilitates daily HR operations by managing competitive compensation and tailored benefits, fostering a culture of recognition and development. The team also oversees the HR Information System and leverage HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making, evaluate performance metrics, and optimise resource utilization. This integrated approach ensures efficient employee support, boosts satisfaction, and drives the University's success.

Taking care of various milestones in an employee lifecycle, the Organisation and Talent Development team supports our employees throughout their career journey by focusing on organisation-wide learning opportunities, leadership development, employee engagement and wellness, and employee recognition. The team also addresses employee grievances and promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives, while offering advisory services on talent development.
