Reward and Recognition Scheme
After a trial run in 2012/13, the University also implements a university-wide award scheme for non-teaching staff from 2014/15 – Reward and Recognition Scheme for Non-teaching Staff with a purpose of recognising non-teaching staff who have made significant contributions and/or provided exceptional service beyond their scope of normal duties, in support of achieving the University’s strategic goals.
