Career and Performance Module

A functional extension of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, the Career and Performance Module centralises Annual Performance Review (APR) on one platform, digitalising and streamlining the process for different roles. Upon the launch, processes such as goal setting, year-end review, evaluation and performance rating for Academic and Teaching Staff and Non-Teaching Staff will now be performed on the Career and Performance Module.

Starting from 2024/25 APR cycle, the Career and Performance Module will be in use. We have transferred the 2024/25 goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) we have at hand onto the platform. For those who have not submitted the goals and KPIs to your APR coordinators, please transfer them to the platform soon.

Learning Module

Colleagues can access our learning provisions on this Learning Module, including Compulsory Training on Compliance Topics. Colleagues can also view and download your training record through Learning Module.
