Human Resources Office at HKBU
More than 3,000 individuals contribute daily to the success of Hong Kong Baptist University. We deliver not simply human resources services and functions, but our commitment and enthusiasm to support the needs of the University and our colleagues.
We are committed to the provision of one-stop quality professional service to all Faculties/Schools/Offices of the University in respect of all staff recruitment matters, appointment and re-appointment, benefits administration, performance management, staff review, promotion, reward management and staff departures.

Operations and Rewards
Centralised HR operations and service for all our colleagues, the Operations and Rewards team supports the operations of daily HR processes, much required in the daily worklife of our colleagues, as well as the compensation and benefit of our colleagues.
Heading towards a digitalised journey of HR service, the team also develops and manages the HR Information System to cater for more efficient support for our colleagues.

Taking care of our colleagues at various touchpoints in the employee journey at the University, the team takes care of colleagues in these areas:
