Hong Kong Baptist University has been awarded funding under Job Creation Scheme 2.0 supported by the Government to create employment opportunities amidst the deteriorating economy due to the pandemic.

Project Assistant (PR0768/21-22)

The Undergraduate Halls of Office of Student Affairs aims to nurture residents on the intended learning outcomes of residential education.  Under the post-pandemic new normal, the delivery of Residential Education is undergoing substantial transformation to meet the new needs of the students and society.

The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to Residential Education Programmes, including the delivery of education programmes, facilitate brand building, enhance networking with stakeholders via traditional and new media, support the Team’s social media and perform other duties as required.

Applicants should possess a good first university degree.  He/She should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good computer skills and with keen interest to interactive marketing.

The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year.
