SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE
Hong Kong Baptist University has been awarded funding in relation to the Job Creation Scheme under Anti-epidemic Fund 2.0 of the Government to create employment opportunities. The School of Chinese Medicine is creating a variety of positions for university graduates/experienced professionals to support various projects/programmes of the School. The School now invites applications for the following position:
Project Assistant (PR0470/21-22)
The appointee will be responsible for assisting in a number of teaching and learning activities in different areas of the School, such as design of publications and leaflets, data input and analysis, assisting in departmental events and activities including logistic coordination and organisation of both on-site and online events, etc. The School may appoint candidates to positions different from what they have applied for to suit its operational needs.
A recognised relevant degree but those with relevant work experience may also be considered;
Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and reasonable proficiency in English and Putonghua;
Experience in the design industry will be an advantage; and
Proficiency in computer software (e.g. Photoshop) will be an advantage.
Appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
