Hong Kong Baptist University has been awarded funding under Job Creation Scheme 2.0 supported by the Government to create employment opportunities amidst the deteriorating economy due to the pandemic.

The Office of Student Affairs now invites applications for the following position:

Clerical Assistant (PR0462/21-22)

The appointee is expected to provide logistic and administrative support to the Scholarships and Financial Aid Unit, including handling data entry and retrieval, handling enquiries, assisting in scholarship and financial aid promotion, liaising with students, offices and departments, and other general office duties.

Applicants should at least possess a diploma, higher diploma or associate degree. Applicants should also have good interpersonal and communication skills and reasonable proficiency in English and Putonghua. Good computer skills and knowledge/skill in graphic design, social media management and/or video editing would be an advantage.

The Office may appoint candidates to positions different from what they have applied for to suit its operational needs.

Appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year.
