Project Assistant (PR0305/21-22)

The Community Engagement Organisers- Positive Ageing Learners Programme (CEOs PAL) is a new 3-year elderly care programme organised by the Undergraduate Halls, Office of Student Affairs. The programme aims to connect students with the socially inactive seniors through collaborating with socially active seniors. A series of interactive workshops, outings, ceremonies and home visits are scheduled in this programme.

The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to the programme, including the execution of activities and events relating to the programme, preparation of care packs for the seniors, coordination with the service partners on the logistic arrangement, provide support to the student volunteers and perform other duties as required.

Applicants should possess a good first university degree, with some relevant work experience including project coordination. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and with keen interest to community care programme.

The Office may appoint candidates to positions different from what they have applied for to suit its operational needs.

Appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year.
