Assistant Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Officer (PR0220/21-22)

The Office is looking for a suitable candidate to provide executive support to a wide range of human resources functions including but not limited to account servicing, staff recruitment/appointment, and performance management.

Applicants should possess:

- a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in HR/tertiary education administration;

- a high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua;

- sound knowledge of employment-related ordinances and statutory regulations;

- strong analytical, problem solving, project management and high proficiency in computing applications;

- excellent written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua; and

- team spirit, conscientiousness, people orientation and strong attention to detail.

For those without adequate experience but with potential in taking up this job, the Office will consider appointment at Officer level.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a writing test.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
