Project Assistant (PR0299/21-22)

Hong Kong Baptist University has been awarded funding under Job Creation Scheme 2.0 (JCS2.0) supported by the Government to create employment opportunities amidst the deteriorating economy due to the pandemic.

The Office is looking for a suitable candidate to provide administrative support to various human resources functions including recruitment and benefits administration with details as follows:

- Interview panel coordination and set-up;

- Work permit applications, preparation of correspondence/contracts/appointment letters;

- Data entry in HR system, enquiries handling and filing; 

- HR and office administration and records management;

- Assistance in project(s) initiated under JCS 2.0 at HR Office’s level; and

- Any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should possess a recognised relevant bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience. They should have good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year.
