Project Officer (PR0288/21-22)

The appointee will assist the Project Manager/Assistant Manager in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives for finance systems as well as enhancements to the Oracle Financial Information System (FIS) and Oracle Hyperion for cost allocation guidelines (CAG).  He/She will assist in the project activities such as project coordination, user requirements collection, user training, test cases preparation and testing of functions/workflows.  Moreover, the appointee is also expected to provide user support and technical trouble-shooting on FIS and CAG to ensure smooth running of system and operation.

Applicants should possess:

(a)  a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Accounting or related discipline;

(b)  minimum four years of relevant work experience but those with less work experience may also be considered;

(c)  experience in implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system or financial dashboards is preferred;

(d)  experience in  Oracle EBS, Oracle Hyperion, Qlik Sense or Alteryx will be an advantage;

(e)  strong analytical and interpersonal skills;

(f)  a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and

(g)  strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a proficiency test.

Work location: Tsuen Wan Campus (Address: Riviera Gardens, No. 2-12 Yi Lok Street, Tsuen Wan, NT)

Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
