Confidentiality and Personal Data Privacy

  1. Many appointees, by virtue of their duties, have access to various kinds of confidential information about the University, its staff, and its students. These appointees are reminded that they are in trust not to divulge confidential information to any person not specifically authorized to receive it, nor to use such information for personal benefit.
