Introduction to Human Resources Office


The Human Resources Office is organised into three Teams: A, B and C, which provide one-stop service to all Faculties/School/Offices.  One-stop service includes staff appointment, re-appointment, benefits administration, performance management, staff review, reward management and staff departures.  In addition, individual senior/executive colleagues take on a number of policy/subject/process areas as policy/subject/process owners and organises "functional teams" across the three "structural teams", thereby creating clusters and a synergistic effect of colleagues reviewing, reflecting and improving policy/subject areas together.  These "functional teams" will hold coordination meetings to brief all colleagues of the policy guidelines/procedures/ standard practices/operational notes of these policy/subjects/ process areas.  Please view our "Organisational Chart" and "Subject Enquiry List" for more details.
